Goldberg Segalla added Mary A. Bolen to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Garden City.
Mary represents clients in a broad range of civil matters, with a practice focused on defending general liability and corporate disputes. She handles matters involving negligence, personal injury, product liability, and professional liability, and brings a practical, business-minded perspective to each stage of the litigation process. With more than five years of experience, Mary is deeply involved in case development from initial investigation through resolution. She routinely manages discovery and fact development, conducts depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and drafts motions, pleadings, and other court submissions. She also plays a key role in pre-litigation negotiations and mediations, working to position matters for efficient and strategic resolution.
Mary earned her B.S. from Lewis University and her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada Las Vegas.
