Goldberg Segalla added Vincent J. DeBellis to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Newark.
Vincent represents businesses, insurers, and other clients in a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, and other complex disputes. He is involved throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, appeal, and trial preparation. His experience includes conducting legal research, investigating claims, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court on behalf of clients. Vincent also has experience handling matters involving consumer debt and workers’ compensation claims. He has advised clients on litigation strategy, negotiated settlements, and managed cases through various stages of the litigation process. His background includes conducting research for complex personal injury matters, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, and working closely with clients and other stakeholders to efficiently resolve disputes.
Vincent earned his B.A. from Fordham College at Rose Hill and his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
