Goldberg Segalla added Jeffrey R. Lilly to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Buffalo.

Jeff is a highly experienced litigator representing manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and other businesses in complex product liability and commercial litigation. For more than three decades, he has defended clients in state and federal courts across the United States, including in national multidistrict litigation and other high-stakes disputes. Jeff has extensive experience with pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and mass tort matters, and is particularly skilled in preparing and defending key witnesses and managing complex discovery. He has represented Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller businesses, and has handled medical device and national mass drug defense work on national trial teams for international pharmaceutical companies. During his 30 years in practice, Jeff has been a strong advocate for clients facing professional liability, premises liability, and construction defect matters as well as a broad range of commercial disputes.

Jeff earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
