Goldberg Segalla added Samuel G. Wildman to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Newark.

Sam has experience representing clients in matters involving product liability, catastrophic personal injury, legal malpractice, and medical malpractice. He is involved in all aspects of the litigation process from inception through trial and appeal. Sam’s prior legal practice includes working at a boutique plaintiffs’ law firm in New Jersey. This experience provides him with valuable insight into the strategies and perspectives of opposing counsel. Before going into private practice, Sam served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert J. Gilson J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. While pursuing his J.D., he was an extern with the U.S. Department of Justice in both the Federal Programs and the Civil Fraud sections.

Sam earned his B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
