Jonathan M. Kuller and Anthony J. Golowski II, members of Goldberg Segalla’s Global Insurance Services Practice Group, obtained a $5.3 Million judgment in favor of an insurer in an insurance premium-fraud lawsuit filed against two corporate insureds, their owner, and key employees. The judgment calls for joint and several liability against the corporate insureds and two of the individual defendants. The remaining individual defendant is jointly and severally liable for approximately $757,000 of the judgment.
