Anthony J. Golowski II of the Princeton office successfully argued at a hearing for the transfer of a client’s liquor license to a supermarket. The transfer was objected to by the licensee’s competitors and some members of the municipality. The licensee was able to overcome the objections and, after the hearing, the license was transferred to the supermarket.
