Liquor license transferred over the objection of alleged property owner
January 2013
Anthony J. Golowski II of the Princeton office successfully argued at a hearing for the transfer of a client’s liquor license to a restaurant. The license was purchased from the United States Bankruptcy Trustee for the purpose of citing it at the restaurant in question. The transfer was objected to by the alleged owner of the property at which the license is cited. After the hearing, the municipal council unanimously approved the transfer of the license.
