Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce partner Adam R. Durst has been admitted as a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, an exclusive, invitation-only international organization of civil defense attorneys in private practice, in-house counsel, risk managers, and insurance claims professionals.
Adam, who is part of Goldberg Segalla’s Global Insurance Services group in the firm’s Buffalo and Manhattan offices, joins fellow Goldberg Segalla attorneys to be made a member of the FDCC, which dedicates itself to the principles of knowledge, justice, and fellowship. He joins partners Neil A. Goldberg, Thomas F. Segalla, Caroline J. Berdzik, Michael D. Shalhoub, David S. Osterman, Michael T. Glascott (2020-21 FDCC President), Imoh E. Akpan, and Danielle N. Malaty. FDCC membership is limited, and its Board of Directors upon recommendation elects new members from a stringent Admissions Committee. Adam joins a select group of 1,400 defense attorneys from the U.S., Australia, Canada, and Europe.
