Andrew J. Scholz, an attorney in Goldberg Segalla’s Hydrofracking Practice Group and editor of the firm’s Shale Watch blog, was interviewed by Business First’s David Bertola in an article addressing the possibility that the Marcellus Shale could be drilled in New York state by year-end.

“All indications, all reports, indicate that by the end of this year, the state Department of Environmental Conservation will permit fracking in certain parts of the Marcellus Shale,” Andrew told Business First. “I would be very surprised if they didn’t.”
