Caroline J. Berdzik, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Labor and Employment and Professional Liability Practice Groups, was interviewed by the News Transcript of New Jersey on the emerging issue of bullying in long-term-care facilities.

In the article, Caroline addressed a number of issues critical for long-term-care providers, including the importance of educating residents on how to recognize and handle bullying situations, and of developing a policy on how the facility will handle this delicate issue. “Obviously, it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution,” Caroline told the News Transcript. “But I think an overall strategy or policy is something that is definitely advisable.”
