Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that 11 attorneys in its dynamic Philadelphia office have been selected for inclusion in the 2015 Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers. The publication represents a ranking of outstanding lawyers recognized by their peers for their exceptional professional achievement, with only five percent of the total lawyers in each state named as recipients of the honor. The rigorous selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.

Michael D. Brophy, Michael A. Hamilton, Matthew S. Marrone, Michael S. Saltzman, Stacy A. Tees, and Jonathan S. Ziss were all named Super Lawyers, with Seth L. Laver, Jennifer M. Mannion, Matthew R. Shindell, and Sean T. Stadelman named as Rising Stars. This year’s edition marks the sixth consecutive listing for Mr. Hamilton, a partner in the firm’s Global Insurance Services Practice Group who handles coverage claims and litigation for major insurers throughout the country. It’s the fourth consecutive listing for both Mr. Ziss, partner and Chair of the firm’s Aviation Practice Group, and Ms. Tees, partner in the firm’s Workers’ CompensationPractice Group.

For Mr. Marrone, who is a partner and Co-Chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Professional Liability Practice Group, 2015 is the second year he has been recognized; he was previously listed in 2013. Mr. Saltzman, partner and frequent Judge Pro Tempore, Settlement Master and Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, makes his Super Lawyers debut in 2015.

The firm also congratulates several repeat Rising Stars. Six-time Rising Star Mr. Laver (2010-2015) is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Labor, Professional Liability, and Cyber Risk & Social Media Practice Groups. For Mr. Shindell, a partner in the Product Liability and Professional Liability Practice Groups, 2015 is the fifth year he has received the honor, while this year’s edition marks the third consecutive listing for Mr. Stadelman, a partner in the firm’s Toxic Torts, Product Liability, and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Ms. Mannion, a premises, retail, and product liability litigator, debuts on the Rising Stars list in 2015.
