Goldberg Segalla, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country, continues its strategic expansion with the addition of prominent Buffalo attorney Michael E. Appelbaum, who joins the firm as partner with associates Christina G. Holdsworth and Kenneth L. Bostick, Jr. The trio further bolsters the firm’s General Liability Practice Group, which defends a wide variety of high-profile, high-exposure liability claims for clients in New York State and across the country.
Michael has extensive experience trying cases in the state, federal, and appellate courts of New York, and has handled myriad matters involving catastrophic personal injury, truck and motor vehicle accidents, and other complex liability claims. At Goldberg Segalla, Michael — who also litigates cases involving the sports and entertainment industry — will leverage his diverse legal background and considerable trial experience to add even greater depth to the services and capabilities the firm offers its client base as it continues to grow.
“We are very fortunate to have Mike, Christina, and Ken join us,” said Managing Partner Richard J. Cohen. “All three are very dynamic lawyers and even better people. They will enhance an already robust litigation practice and I’m very excited to have them as part of our team.”
