Mr. Goldberg is a founding partner of the firm and practices from its Buffalo office. He has defended complex catastrophic cases across the United States for a number of New York Stock Exchange companies. His over 30 years of experience includes serving as co-counsel for a major product manufacturer in the dental adhesive cream MDL litigation and acting as counsel for a major medical device manufacturer in securing one of the leading Daubert v. Merrell Dow decisions striking plaintiff’s expert testimony for failure to comply with Daubert criteria.

Ms. Hotchkiss is a partner in the firm’s Princeton office. She has more than 30 years of experience defending companies and individuals in the state and federal trial and appellate courts, and is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Her practice emphasizes complex pharmaceutical, medical device, and other products liability cases, mass torts, class actions, and medical and legal professional liability matters. Ms. Hotchkiss secured one of the first “junk science” dismissals in the country on the basis of Daubert v. Merrell Dow.
