Goldberg Segalla Earns Placement on Fortune’s List of the Country’s 100 Best Workplaces

October 25, 2017

Goldberg Segalla has earned placement on Fortune magazine’s annual list of the 100 best workplaces in the country among businesses of 100 to 999 employees. The firm’s ranking on the national Best Medium Workplaces list is the result of an anonymous survey conducted by Great Place to Work®, a global research and consulting firm that uses a variety of internal and external factors including employee feedback to recognize specific aspects of workplace culture.

Overall, 93 percent of surveyed Goldberg Segalla employees said their workplace is great, with 98 percent reporting the highest levels of organizational pride and workplace atmosphere. Ninety-four percent said they are proud to tell others of their work at the firm, which celebrated its 16th anniversary earlier this year.

“At Goldberg Segalla, teamwork isn’t just a buzzword — it’s the very foundation of our culture, and it impacts everything we do for each other and for our clients,” said Richard J. Cohen, Goldberg Segalla’s Managing Partner. “This recognition is a testament to the hundreds of outstanding people who work tirelessly to make our multiple offices feel like one, cohesive team. They are our backbone of our day-to-day operations, and the drivers of our success.”

In addition to the ranking on the Fortune list, Goldberg Segalla has received a number of accolades highlighting its founding principles of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. It has been ranked for five consecutive years among the Best Companies to Work For in New York State. Goldberg Segalla has twice been named the Best Place to Work among all large employers in Western New York and has ranked among the top 10 large employers in Pennsylvania, the top five in Illinois,  the top 15 in New Jersey, and the top 20 in Florida, in addition to placement in a yet-to-be announced ranking of the best workplaces in Maryland.
