Goldberg Segalla is the Best Place to Work among large employers in Western New York for the second straight year. The firm received the No. 1 ranking on Business First’s annual list, which ranks employers based on survey questions relating to team effectiveness, how individual contributions are valued, and workplace enthusiasm.

The winners were revealed at a luncheon at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center on March 18. Of this year’s 77 honorees, just 40 were repeat winners.

Goldberg Segalla also recently earned a repeat selection as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM). In 2013, the firm ranked among the top 20 large employers state-wide and was the highest-ranking law firm on the list. Goldberg Segalla will learn its exact 2014 ranking at an awards dinner at the Albany Marriott on May 6.
