The ranking — compiled through the results of employer and employee surveys — underscores how Goldberg Segalla’s collaborative approach, commitment to diversity, and core values of teamwork and mutual respect shape its workplace culture.

Pennsylvania is the third state in Goldberg Segalla’s footprint in which the firm has earned this type of distinction. It has been named among the Best Companies to Work for in New York State for five consecutive years; in 2013 and 2014, Goldberg Segalla was the only law firm in the top 20. It also ranks among the top 15 large employers in the Best Places to Work in New Jersey, and in Western New York, the firm is continually among the region’s best, earning the top spot on the Best Places to Work list for two years in a row in 2013 and 2014.
