BTI Consulting Group has again commended Goldberg Segalla on their annual Client Service A-Team list – an annual ranking that evaluates law firms on their client service performance, based solely on objective feedback from corporate counsel.
BTI regularly conducts independent research in the form of one-on-one interviews with C-level executives to define their expectations, needs, priorities, preferences, and opinion of the legal professionals with whom they work.
For more than two decades, BTI has published a ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market. The analysis is based on 17 ranking factors after extensive interviews with clients of each firm.
