Goldberg Segalla Rebrand Reaffirms “Different” Founding Values

June 20, 2019

Following a year heralded for growth—including over 100 hires and three new offices—the national law firm Goldberg Segalla has unveiled a new website, logo, and visual identity.

The striking black and red design and kinetic new “GS” logo are a significant departure from the 18 year-old firm’s former look—a traditional navy blue, serif-font brand mark. The website, too, has changed more than its colors, and now features expanded navigation capabilities to reflect and respond to the way clients are increasingly seeking information—and services—from law firms.

But instead of signaling a change in management structure or a shift in long-term strategy, as is usually the case with law firm face-lifts, Goldberg Segalla’s new website and visual identity serve to center what set the firm apart at the beginning, and to reaffirm its foundational values.

“We believe the new look conveys the dynamic strength, capacity, energy, and focus of Goldberg Segalla today—and well into the future,” Managing Partner Richard J. Cohen said. “But more importantly, it captures why we have always called ourselves ‘different’—and why that isn’t going to change.”

“Goldberg Segalla is unlike any other law firm. We built GS on the promise that we’re excellent at what we do, but we’re even better human beings,” Cohen added. “For the past 18 years, all of us at GS have been guided by this promise—and by our values, which include professionalism, community, teamwork, and respect. That makes a difference for every one of the nearly 1000 people who work here. It also makes a difference for our clients, who can trust that we’ll service all of their legal needs with the superior cost-effectiveness of true teamwork.”
