Goldberg Segalla added Alan V. Khlevnoy to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Orange County.
Alan is an experienced civil litigator who counsels and defends regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants, and other businesses in the retail and hospitality industries on a variety of civil matters, including product liability, premises liability, negligent security, and general liability. He is involved in all aspects of case handling and litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, developing case evaluation reports, taking depositions, and providing representation at trial. Alan draws on prior trial experience in high-stakes litigation gained while handling complex product liability litigation cases in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Alameda and Orange County Superior Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for companies such as stone product manufacturers, talc suppliers, electrical appliance manufacturers, and automotive brake manufacturers.
Alan earned his B.A. from the University of Oregon and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
