Goldberg Segalla added Anthony I. Perchiacca to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice groups in Newark.

Anthony is an experienced litigator who counsels and defends manufacturers, distributors, and others in environmental disputes and toxic tort cases, including claims involving asbestos and talc. His broad background in civil litigation also includes handling mass tort, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, consumer fraud, subrogation, property damage, indemnification, construction defects, and other negligence-related matters. In addition, Anthony has successfully obtained summary judgment for clients in civil actions involving, among others, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and consumer fraud claims.

Anthony earned his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.
