Goldberg Segalla added Ashley Han to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice group in Manhattan.

Ashley focuses her practice on advising clients on environmental regulatory and compliance matters and defending them in complex environmental and toxic tort litigation. Her practice includes research, drafting, and analysis related to state and federal environmental statutes and regulatory frameworks, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act, among others. Ashley draws from her experience serving as a sustainability enforcement attorney, where she supported enforcement actions under New York City’s sustainability laws by reviewing records and agreements for compliance determination. She also researched and analyzed issues arising under environmental and sustainability matters, communicated with stakeholders, and assisted with amendments to the energy conservation code.

Ashley earned her B.A. from Syracuse University and her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
