Goldberg Segalla added Brendan J. McCarthy to the firm’s Transportation practice group in Princeton.

Brendan focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in the transportation industry in litigation and dispute resolution matters. He handles all stages of the litigation process, from investigation and discovery through settlement negotiations and trial preparation, helping clients navigate complex liability claims while managing legal and business risks. Before joining the firm, Brendan represented healthcare providers and institutions in complex medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. His experience managing high-exposure cases, working with expert witnesses, analyzing liability and causation issues, and developing strategic defenses provides a solid foundation for assisting transportation clients facing significant litigation risks.

Brendan earned his B.S. from Fairfield University and his J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
