Goldberg Segalla added C. Clare Pulvirenti to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Syracuse.

Clare counsels and defends clients in a variety of civil matters, including environmental, employment and labor, personal injury, and commercial disputes. She handles all phases of litigation from referral through resolution, developing defense strategies, conducting witness and expert depositions, and representing clients at hearings, trials, and mediations. Years of litigation experience have given Clare a broad perspective on resolving complex cases. She partners closely with clients to understand their goals, provide practical, results-oriented counsel, and proactive communication throughout the life of a matter. Her scientific background also enables her to work closely with expert witnesses and allows her to bring unique technical expertise to her practice.

Clare earned a B.A. and a B.S. from Tulane University and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
