Goldberg Segalla added Cameron L. McIver to the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group in Princeton.
McIver focuses his legal practice on matters involving commercial litigation and business transactions. He is engaged in every stage of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including preparing petitions and motions, conducting depositions, and participating in settlement negotiations and mediations. McIver draws on experience handling family law matters. Before joining private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robin J. Kurmin-English, P.J.F.P., in the New Jersey Superior Court, where he drafted and filed orders to memorialize the determinations of the court in the areas of domestic violence, dissolution of marriage, and children in court.
McIver earned his B.A. from Rowan University and his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law.
