Goldberg Segalla added Carter P. Overbey to the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group in Manhattan.

Carter focuses his practice on complex coverage matters and insurance coverage litigation throughout New York State. He is engaged in all stages of the litigation process, including discovery and investigation, depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and court appearances, Carter draws on experience gained through multiple positions as a law clerk as well as law firm internships, focusing primarily on federal securities laws, private equity and hedge fund formation, and FINRA matters.

Carter earned his B.A. from Furman University and his J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School.
