Goldberg Segalla has added Christian J. Battiloro to the firm’s Transportation group in Newark.

Chris concentrates his practice on trucking, transportation, and general liability matters. He draws on a background handling complex personal injury and insurance litigation for a variety of clients. Before entering private practice, Chris served as a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas F. Brogan in the Passaic County Vicinage of New Jersey Judiciary Superior Court, where he was a mediator in special civil and landlord-tenant disputes. He also held internships with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in the Consumer Affairs Department and the Mount Sinai Health System.

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and his juris doctor at the Syracuse University College of Law.
