Goldberg Segalla added Christine M. Crane to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in White Plains.
Christine maintains a focus on civil litigation defense, including matters involving premises liability, personal injury, bad faith, and construction litigation. She has in-depth experience defending high-exposure New York Labor Law § 240, 241(6) and 200 allegations. Christine handles all stages of the litigation process from inception through resolution, including discovery, testimony, depositions, and trial.
While attending the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, Christine gained experience as a student attorney in the Pace Investor Rights Clinic, where she handled securities arbitrations and mediations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) under supervision of an attorney. She also served as a law clerk in a number of law firms specializing in financial and FINRA litigation.
Christine earned her B.A. from Western Connecticut State University and her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
