Goldberg Segalla added Christopher J. McCune to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Syracuse.

Chris is an experienced civil litigation attorney, well versed in personal injury, motor vehicle, premises liability, general litigation, civil rights actions, and medical malpractice defense. He has litigated cases as outside counsel to multiple major insurance providers, including high-exposure actions venued in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Greene, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, and Rockland County. Chris works with clients from the onset of litigation through trial or settlement – analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each lawsuit, developing the appropriate legal strategy, and taking proactive steps to defend, dismiss, or settle each action.

Chris earned his B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and his J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law.
