Goldberg Segalla added Christopher P. Morgan to the firm’s Product Liability and Transportation practice groups in Princeton.

Chris is a skilled litigator with more than 20 years of experience handling catastrophic loss matters involving substantial economic damages for claims of product liability, truck accident transportation law, and construction site liability, representing clients in state and federal courts. Chris is also experienced in employment discrimination litigation, providing coverage opinions, and premises liability matters. With extensive experience in all phases of litigation, dispute resolution, trial and appeal, Chris provides thoughtful counsel to clients on the effective defense of claims. For nearly a decade, he served as designated trial counsel in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the commercial policy holders of a global insurer.

Chris earned a B.A. from Rutgers University Livingston College, an M.B.A. from the Rutgers University School of Business, and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law.
