Goldberg Segalla added Daniel Erber to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Manhattan.

Daniel focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, insurance coverage, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, employment and labor law.

He has experience litigating matters from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motions and briefs, and is skilled at conducting and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and appearing for oral arguments and pretrial conferences.

After earning his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, Daniel worked as an associate with a boutique litigation firm, handling matters in New York courts. He also gained corporate law experience as a clinician with the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic (BLIP), counseling early-stage companies on intellectual property, employment and financing issues, and drafting various corporate formation agreements.

Daniel earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School.
