Goldberg Segalla added David C. Perrotto to the firm’s Transportation practice group in Garden City.

David focuses his practice on the legal needs of clients in the trucking, transportation, and logistics industries, ranging from personal injury, motor vehicle/trucking liability and premises liability matters to general liability, insurance coverage, and contractual disputes. David’s experience includes handling field investigations, research, deposition preparation, discovery analysis, and motion drafting. Before joining a private practice in 2024, he gained courtroom experience as a deputy county attorney in the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. In addition to his legal practice, David serves in the U.S. Army National Guard.

David earned an M.S. from Adelphi University and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
