Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Elizabeth A. Driscoll and Matthew C. Wells

Goldberg Segalla added Elizabeth A. Driscoll to the firm’s Transportation group and Matthew C. Wells to the Transportation and Product Liability groups in the firm’s Princeton office.

Liz focuses her practice on a variety of complex civil litigation matters with a focus on trucking and transportation. Following law school, Liz served as a law clerk to Hon. Craig L. Wellerson, P.J. Civ. in the New Jersey Superior Court in the Ocean Vicinage. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Trinity College and her juris doctor at Rutgers Law School. As a law student, she also served as a legal intern with the Federal Communications Commission in the Office of General Council, the Hon. Steven C. Mannion at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of Vaccine Litigation.

Matt focuses his practice on transportation, trucking, and product liability matters. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. James F. Hyland and the Hon. Bruce J. Kaplan in the Middlesex County Superior Court. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University and his juris doctor from the St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, Matt served as an intern at the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic at St. John’s University School of Law, where he defended low-income and elderly clients in deed theft, predatory lending, and foreclosure matters.
