Goldberg Segalla added Emily S. Schierhorst to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in Garden City.

Emily maintains a focus on civil litigation defense, including matters involving premises liability, transportation, construction accidents, and New York Labor Law. She has litigated matters across the Supreme Courts of New York City, Long Island, and Upstate. Emily also draws on her experience with an insurance defense firm where her practice included civil RICO investigations, insurance fraud matters, and no-fault claims.

Emily earned her B.A. from St. John’s University and her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
