Goldberg Segalla added Francesca Casalaspro to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Garden City.

Frankie concentrates her practice on defending clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury and premises liability disputes. She also has experience representing hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers in complex medical malpractice and healthcare-related claims. Frankie is involved in all phases of the litigation process, including conducting legal research and analysis, reviewing medical records, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing discovery demands and responses, and attending depositions and hearings. Frankie draws on her experience as a judicial intern for the Hon. Tracy Catapano-Fox in the Supreme Court of Queens County, where she assisted with legal research, drafted memoranda and decisions on pending motions, and observed settlement and discovery conferences.

Frankie earned her B.A. from Stony Brook University and her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
