Goldberg Segalla added Grace Khoury to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in White Plains.
Grace concentrates her practice on counseling and defending clients in a range of civil matters, including commercial disputes, landlord-tenant issues, personal injury claims, and labor and employment cases. She supports cases from inception through resolution, handling tasks such as drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing procedural and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, and appearing in court for preliminary and settlement conferences. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Grace represented clients in insurance defense litigation. She also gained practical experience through a law firm internship while earning her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. There, she drafted and revised contracts and employment agreements, assisted with due diligence in physician practice acquisitions, and updated corporate compliance policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation.
Grace earned her B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
