Goldberg Segalla added Isaiah Milligan-Smith to the firm’s Construction Litigation and Counsel practice group in Raleigh.

Isaiah advises and defends clients across the construction and design industries, including builders, property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. His practice spans all phases of litigation in matters involving construction and design defects, personal injury, premises liability, and contract disputes. Isaiah manages litigation from inception through resolution, including case strategy, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting legal research, and representing clients in depositions, trials, and appeals. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Isaiah gained early experience working in personal injury litigation, including matters involving negligence and catastrophic injury.

Isaiah earned his B.A. from Greensboro College and his J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law.
