Goldberg Segalla added Jesse G. Richheimer to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law group in Manhattan.
Richheimer represents manufacturers, distributors and various client companies in toxic tort and environmental concerns, addressing a broad spectrum of matters related to environmental regulation and litigation at both the federal and state levels. His experience includes regulatory compliance, transactional support, and permitting strategies for Brownfields redevelopment and wetlands projects in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Richheimer has developed in-depth knowledge of key environmental statutes and regulations, providing clients with counsel on the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), Spill Act, Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act (BCSRA), Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Before entering private practice, he gained valuable experience at both the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
Richheimer earned a B.A. in Environmental Sciences from Emory University and a J.D. and Advanced Environmental Law Certificate from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
