Goldberg Segalla added Jessica L. Bookstaver to the firm’s Transportation group in Garden City.

Jessica focuses her practice on trucking, transportation, and general liability matters. She has represented financial institutions in a variety of commercial litigation proceedings throughout New York for more than 10 years. She has presented oral argument before the New York State Supreme Court and the Appellate Divisions, and has extensive experience handling traverse hearings. Jessica also counsels clients on how to implement or modify procedures to comply with federal and state statutes to mitigate risk, and has provided client training on new legislation affecting lending as well as residential and commercial foreclosures. In addition, she has represented pro bono clients in matrimonial and child support proceedings.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson University and her juris doctor from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
