Goldberg Segalla added Jordan J. Souvenir to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Garden City.
Jordan represents clients in a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, construction litigation, professional liability, real estate disputes, and other commercial conflicts. He has advised and defended property owners, construction managers, contractors, design professionals, developers, and boards, as well as board members and sponsors of condominiums and housing cooperatives. Engaged throughout the full lifecycle of litigation, Jordan manages discovery, drafts and argues dispositive motions, conducts depositions and hearings, and represents clients at mediation and trial. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients are strategically positioned from the outset of a case through its final resolution.
Jordan earned his B.S. from Molloy University and his J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
