Goldberg Segalla added Joseph G. Jacob to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice group in Orlando.

Joe counsels and defends regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants, and other businesses in the retail and hospitality industries on a variety of civil matters, including premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, and general liability. He manages all aspects of case handling and litigation, with substantial experience arguing motions and briefs, conducting depositions, and taking matters to trial. Joe draws on experience defending insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, first-party property, commercial litigation and commercial and personal automobile negligence, including wrongful death actions.

Joe earned his B.S. from Marshall University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
