Goldberg Segalla added Joseph Ross to the firm’s Management and Professional Liability practice in Princeton.

Joe focuses his practice on defending licensed professionals against a variety of professional liability matters, including alleged errors and omissions, medical malpractice, negligent design, and construction defects claims. He draws on years of litigation experience in professional liability defense, as well as commercial litigation, environmental law, personal injury, transportation, and employment matters. In addition to handling litigation from inception through discovery, motion practice, and resolution, Joe is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution. He takes a collaborative approach with clients, carriers, and colleagues in order to reach an outcome that best meets his client’s objectives.

Joe earned his B.A. from St. Joseph’s University and his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
