Goldberg Segalla added Kaixi (Kathy) Xu to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Buffalo.

Kathy represents regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants and other companies in the retail and hospitality industries in a range of civil and commercial matters, including premises liability, personal injury, and contract disputes. She has defended cases ranging from personal injury and premises liability to real estate disputes, municipal liability, construction litigation and medical malpractice in state and federal courts. Relentless in her pursuit of favorable outcomes, Kathy has consistently demonstrated her ability to deliver results through both court victories and settlements. Her track record includes winning summary judgment motions in trial courts and securing favorable decisions for her clients in appellate courts.

Kathy earned an LL.B. from Zhejiang University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School.
