Goldberg Segalla added Katarina P. Goberdhan to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice group in Manhattan.

Katarina concentrates her practice on a range of civil litigation matters with a focus on the retail and hospitality sector. She works with regional and national retailers, hotel and resort operators, restaurants, shopping centers, and fitness facilities in matters involving premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, and general liability. Katarina draws from hands-on experience managing medical malpractice defense matters, overseeing cases from initial pleadings through trial preparation. She has conducted and defended depositions, appeared regularly in court for conferences and motion practice, and performed in-depth analysis of medical records and legal issues to assess liability and shape defense strategy.

Katarina earned her B.S. from St. John’s University and her J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law.
