Goldberg Segalla added Kristin W. Elza to the firm’s Construction Litigation and Counsel group in Orlando.

Kristin counsels and defends clients in the broad range of complex claims faced by developers, contractors, construction managers, and others in the construction industry. With a comprehensive background including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, first-party property, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage and defense, she has represented clients successfully in trials and appeals in state courts and federal district courts.

Kristin earned a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law.
