Goldberg Segalla added Kyle A. Ruffner to the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group in Buffalo.

Kyle represents insurers in a wide range of coverage matters, offering clear, strategic analysis on first-party and third-party claims. He prepares coverage opinions, develops litigation strategies, and assists in resolving disputes between insurers and insured. Kyle has worked on cases in New York state and federal courts, supporting every phase of litigation – from pleadings and substantive motions to discovery and trial preparation. He also assists with special investigations, including insurance fraud and auto-related claims.

Kyle earned his B.S. from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
