Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that Mark A. Hauck has joined the firm as an associate in its Workers’ Compensation Practice Group in Rochester. Mark’s practice will focus on the defense of  complex workers’ compensation claims for a wide variety of clients, including insurers and employers.

Mark’s extensive background in workers’ compensation litigation includes representing both claimants and defendants; he also spent nearly two years as a hearing attorney with the state’s Special Funds Conservation Committee  in Rochester. He brings to the firm in-depth knowledge of the claims process and extensive experience taking testimony and depositions, negotiating and facilitating settlements, and writing and filing appeals. Mark is an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association.
