Goldberg Segalla added Matthew P. Levy to the firm’s Transportation and Product Liability groups in White Plains.

Matthew counsels and defends clients in a variety of general liability matters, with a particular focus on the unique needs of businesses in the transportation industry. With more than 20 years of experience, he has successfully represented clients on several high exposure wrongful death, premises liability, and transportation liability cases by obtaining dismissals on summary judgment or by negotiating favorable settlements. Matthew’s practice also entails representing condominiums, cooperatives, rental buildings, and management companies in cases involving premises liability.

Matthew earned his B.A. from Binghamton University and his J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
