Goldberg Segalla added Melissa M. Modzelewski to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in Hartford.

Melissa counsels and defends clients in a broad range of general liability matters. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery and investigation, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trials. Melissa draws on a background in insurance defense and personal injury litigation. She also gained experience as a student attorney at the Small Business Clinic at the Western New England University School of Law, where she drafted contracts, explored options of limited liability companies versus sole proprietorships, and researched trademarks for her clients.

Melissa earned her B.S. from Suffolk University and her J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
