Goldberg Segalla added Michael P. Rausch to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Philadelphia.

Mike has experience litigating for both primary and excess insurers. He has represented clients in cases involving catastrophic injuries including significant traumatic brain injury and death, deftly handling analysis and application of complex federal and state regulatory frameworks as well as resolution of contractual issues involving indemnification, construction, lease, and warranty provisions. Mike has led end-to-end litigation strategy across multiple jurisdictions, including state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, managing pre-suit risk assessment, investigation, pleadings, discovery, expert and plaintiff depositions, dispositive motions, pre-trial preparation, settlement negotiations and jury trials. Across all these cases, he has successfully managed litigation budgets.

Mike earned his B.A. from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary.
