Goldberg Segalla is pleased to welcome Michael Rubin to the firm as Special Counsel. He concentrates his practice on complex and high exposure personal injury actions involving construction, the New York Labor Law, wrongful death, premises liability, lead exposure and environmental claims. He resides in the firm’s Syracuse, New York office, and is licensed to practice before all state Courts in New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Rubin is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A., 1993) and the Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 2000).
